About That Id
Id - One of the three components of the personality in the Freudian psychoanalytic model. Responsible for our basic drives.In August of 2007, a site called Toxic Fang was created on a small free account on Awardspace. This site was soon changed because I hated the name. It was hosted on the same site, but was retitled as September Rain. The site was wonderful, but I was having many problems with hosting the site with Awardspace. I felt that I didn't have the room to be me.
I started looking at website hosts that hosted people for free. This is when I ran across Unphased. I was hosted at Unphased until late November of 2007 with the name Super Ego. I didn't really like being hosted by someone you couldn't really talk and be friends with.
In that late November, I asked my affiliate, Shelley, if she would host me. She hosted my renamed site, Irish Moon, for nearly three months, until the problem happened. She closed her site, but she clearly stated on her homepage she would leave my site there. I had a nice place there, until her hosting site switched servers. She didn't put her domain back up, causing me to lose my hosting and content that I'd worked hard on. I was very angry.
In March of 2008, I moved back to Awardspace and renamed the site for the 4th and probably final time. That Id is a site that consists of stories and little visitor content. This is the current site now.
